plot of differences of two audio signals

Hi,

I would like to have the possibility to plot the difference of two audio signals. Preferably I would like to see the differences in spectral domain.

e.g. I have the (similar) files A.wav and B.wav I would like to plot (A-B).wav

Is there a way to do this?
