Host Forum: Sonic Visualiser / Mazurka-Porject on OSX?
« on: March 03, 2011, 17:50:08 »
Hi,
I would need the additional features of the Mazurka- Plugin for my thesis on Stravinsky. Is there a chance that Mazurka will be relased fot Macintosh?
Best wishes,
Alexander

Today I have tried to open my sv-file in order to continue to work on it, and unexpectedly, the following message appeared:
Audio required
Unable to load layer data from "/Users/Bello/Desktop/Danse sacrale1960.sv" without an audio file.
Please load at least one audio file before importing annotations.
In my opinion, the message is wrong, because there is an audio data that I can see on the sv-window below. The file seems to be corrupted (I have no idea, why). Is there any way to save it? Unfortunately, I have no up-to-date-backup of it and would loose a month's work!
Thanks for helping me out,

Alexander

 :)
Hi,
I just updated my system to Mac OS 10.5.6 and I cannot find the key for tapping along the music anymore. It says key ENTER (or ;), but this does not work.
Could anyone help me?
Thanks

 Hi,
I have started to use Sonic Visualizer for my thesis on comparative analyzing of recordings. I have detected one major problem for users of Macintosh OS X (10.4.10):  When trying to re-import the two column- Excel-file into Sonic Visualizer, only the first column of the data appears in SV. A friend of mine, who is a software specialist, wondered if the program was originally designed for Windows and when issued as a Macintosh Version, a mistake occurred.
I would be very grateful for help.
