Getting and Using Vamp Plugins / Match to output two synchronized files

Hello to all on my first post!
As a complete noob who has not used this software, I ask is it possible to synchronize two recordings of the same event made from different systems and in some way resample or otherwise affect one of the recordings so that output can be saved of the two files then synchronized.
Thank you in advance, and if no, is there any other suggestion.
