Welcome to the discussion forum for anyone using Vamp audio feature extraction plugins to analyse, study and inspect audio and music.

Vamp is a format for non-real-time audio plugins that extract information from sound, in contrast to existing plugins that are used for processing or producing sound.  See the Vamp website at http://www.vamp-plugins.org/ for more information.  You can find a list some Vamp plugins to download at http://www.vamp-plugins.org/download.html .  You can use Vamp plugins in the Sonic Visualiser, among other hosts -- see http://www.sonic-visualiser.org/ .

Any discussion about the uses of Vamp plugins is welcome here.
