plugin to count the c, d,e notes etc. and count them???

Hallo i would be interested in a plugin that can tell me how often a tone appears in a (voice-spoken) audiofile and count the differen notes in it and put it into a excelfile diagram or something like that. Could somebody program that?  :) Richard.
